We got this pasta maker about a week ago . So far we have used it twice.My wife simply loves it! She used to make pasta by hand , but this little machine simply makes the job so much easier, and faster.

Very simply, the Al Dente is a good functional pasta machine at a value price. For rolling dough and cutting spaghetti and fettuccine, the Al Dente is chrome steel for easy cleaning. Large clamp included to fasten to counter or table top. Numbered dial. DLooking to impress that special someone in your life? What better way than with homemade pasta. Villaware, a tradition of classic Italian kitchenware since 1906, provides the tools that make it easy. The Al Dente pasta machine, made of heavyweight chrome steel, is great for rolling dough and has a double-sided, 6-inch-wide blade for cutting spaghetti or fettuccine. The steel rollers are adjustable for kneading and there are seven thickness settings to accommodate individual preferences. Its manually controlled crank offers exceptional control, and a removable cutter head makes cleanup simple, while measuring only 6 inches wide--so you won't have to give up much counter space. The only drawback is that after tasting fresh, homemade pasta, it's hard to go back to the packaged kind.
This easy-to-use pasta machine provides a great way to enjoy pasta just like they do in Italy.
