With a bad recipe and little patience, you will have filling everywhere and you might just be tempted to throw this attachment into the garbage!! If however, you have a good recipe and the patience to try out different settings, you will learn how to easily use this attachment, and get delicious ravioli!!Practice does make perfect. Once you get the hang of this.....you'll love it!!
Description of VillaWare V150-25 Imperia Noodle Machine Ravioli Attachment
Ravioli attachment for the Imperia noodle machine. Made in ItalyThis ravioli maker attachment for the Imperia pasta making system lets you make mini raviolis at home--and the raviolis look just like those bought at any Italian bistro. Requiring little assembly, this ravioli maker has an internal roller that creates the critical, even, riveted, edged pattern that distinguishes classic ravioli. As two sheets of pasta pass through the ravioli maker, the desired filling is evenly distributed and comes out in sheets of three finished raviolis. The set also comes with a pasta sheet cutter; sheets will be even and straight as the dough rolls over the wood rollers and into the ravioli maker, ensuring a more precise cut. A brush is also included for cleaning and to avoid problems with dried pasta dough the next time it is used. --Teresa Simanton
